Terms and conditions
- 1. Introduction:
By submitting your Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Langwarrin Soccer Club's Senior Men's Bayside Program for the 2025 season, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Expression of Interest:
Submitting an EOI does not guarantee a place in the Senior Men's Bayside Program. It is used solely to indicate your interest in joining the squad for the season. Selection will depend on player availability, team requirements, and coaching assessments.
3. Selection and Registration Process:
Once your EOI is received, Langwarrin Soccer Club will assess all applications. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted to participate in trials or discussions with coaching staff. Final selection will be based on performance, fitness, and team fit. Successful applicants must complete full registration and payment to confirm their place.
4. Fees and Payments:
Relevant program fees will be communicated upon selection. Full payment must be made by the specified deadline to confirm participation in the program.
5. Communication:**
All communications regarding your EOI, including next steps and updates, will be made via email or your nominated contact method.
**6. Data Protection:
All personal information provided in your EOI will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your data will be used exclusively for managing your interest in the program and will not be shared without consent.
7. Program Modifications:
Langwarrin Soccer Club reserves the right to make adjustments to program details, including schedules, fees, or team structure, as necessary. Any updates will be communicated promptly to affected participants.
